Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy — 100% Telehealth
Hormone Replacement Therapy
Your hormones shape how you feel every single day — your energy, sleep, mood, focus, metabolism, and libido. When they shift, whether in your 30s, through perimenopause, or well into menopause, the changes can be subtle or impossible to ignore. At HOLOS, we help you understand what's happening and feel like yourself again.
Our approach to hormone replacement therapy is personalized, never one-size-fits-all. We start by listening to you — your symptoms, your history, and your goals — then pair that with comprehensive symptom evaluation to see the full picture. From there, your provider designs a plan built around your body, using bioidentical hormones and evidence-based protocols, with ongoing monitoring to keep everything balanced as you go.

Book your consult — $49
A 30-minute telehealth (or in-person, whichever you prefer!) visit with DeAnna. You'll walk through your symptoms, health history, and goals. No labs required to get started — menopause is a clinical diagnosis based on how you feel, not a number on a lab report. A screening form will be emailed to you that you will be asked to complete prior to your appointment.

FAQ

No. Menopause is a clinical diagnosis — it's based on your symptoms, age, and health history, not a lab result. Hormone levels fluctuate daily and don't determine your dose; how you feel does. The $49 consult covers a full symptom review and safety screen, which is what makes it appropriate to start. Optional labs ($199) are available if you want a closer look at your levels to help fine-tune dosing down the road — but they're never required.

Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy typically includes estrogen and progesterone, matched to your body's natural hormone structure. Some women also benefit from low-dose testosterone for energy and libido. Your protocol is built specifically for you after your consult — there's no one-size-fits-all plan here.

Your OB/GYN is a great partner for your overall gynecologic health — and this program isn't a replacement for that care. The difference is focus, time, and follow-through.
Most OB/GYN visits are 10 minutes, cover a lot of ground, and hormone therapy — if it comes up at all — is often limited to a handful of standard-dose options. Hormones are what we do all day. Your first visit is 30 minutes devoted entirely to your symptoms, history, and goals, and your protocol is built from there: compounded, bioidentical medications dosed for your body rather than off-the-shelf strengths, adjusted over time based on how you actually feel.
The other difference is what happens after the prescription. Ongoing monitoring isn't an add-on here — monthly check-ins for your first three months, then quarterly visits, with dose adjustments included. And because everything is telehealth, fitting it into your life doesn't require a waiting room.
Many of our patients keep seeing their OB/GYN for annual exams and screenings while we manage their hormones — the two work well together!

Your prescriptions are filled by a national compounding pharmacy that has specialized in women's hormonal health for four decades — bioidentical hormones are not a side business for them; they're the core of it. We chose our pharmacy partner deliberately, because not all compounding pharmacies operate at the same standard:
Independently accredited and certified — they hold both NABP accreditation and LegitScript certification at every one of their facilities, voluntary credentials that verify exceptional operational, legal, and ethical standards. Most compounding pharmacies hold neither.
Pharmaceutical-grade sourcing and testing — ingredients come exclusively from FDA-registered facilities, compounding meets USP quality and sterility standards, and medications are tested by independent labs from sourcing through distribution.
Established, not improvised — they've been filling patient-specific compounded prescriptions since 1985 and are licensed to ship to all 50 states.
Delivered to your door — prepared to your prescribed strength and shipped directly to you, arriving before your refill date.
"Compounded" simply means your medication is prepared to the exact strength your provider prescribes, rather than limited to mass-produced standard doses — personalized dosing, held to rigorous standards,

Yes, with 30 day notice.

Then you'll leave knowing that, which is still valuable. DeAnna will explain what she found and what she recommends instead. The $49 consult fee is not refundable, but it does credit toward your first month if you do enroll.

HOLOS BHRT is a cash-pay program — we don't bill insurance, which is part of how we keep visits unhurried and pricing transparent. That said, you have a few ways to soften the cost:
HSA and FSA funds can typically be used for your consult, membership, medications, and labs, since hormone therapy prescribed by a licensed provider is a qualified medical expense. You can pay directly with your HSA/FSA card, and we'll provide itemized receipts (and a letter of medical necessity if your plan administrator asks for one).
We can provide a superbill on request — an itemized statement with the codes your insurance company needs — which you can submit to your plan for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement varies by plan, and compounded medications are often excluded, so we can't guarantee what your insurer will cover.
Your prescriptions are filled by our compounding pharmacy partners at cash prices, with no pharmacy insurance runaround.
If cost is a consideration, the Vida Membership rate ($199/month) is designed to be all-in and predictable — no surprise bills, ever.
